Thank you Common Purpose for inviting me to share my leadership insights at your StreetwiseMBA programme which I graduated from several years ago in your first cohort.

Anyone that I have delivered leadership development training to knows that I love emotional and cultural intelligence therefore it was a great pleasure to speak about the latter. How it has shaped my leadership journey working across geographical and hidden borders, diverse fields of expertise, culture, social standing, led to the discovery of  my core and flex and that of others etc
